Outback Uprising

Survivor's Field Guide — FAQs, stats & a damage calculator

Stats rebuilt from the game build · 2026-06-23

Bestiary

Everything that wants you dead, with its base stats — and a calculator to see how nasty it gets as you level up. Enemies scale with your player level: HP, XP and speed by 1 + level × 0.05, while contact damage grows sub-linearly (1 + √level × 0.15) so elites stay threatening without one-shotting you. Survive past the 20:00 victory and an endless ramp piles on top (HP ×1.18/min, damage ×1.1/min). Drag the sliders to scale the whole bestiary.

HP/XP/speed ×1.50 · damage ×1.47

Aerial swoop — circles overhead, then dives to deliver its hit and peels off. Look right at it to make it flee mid-swoop.

Camel

Leftover from the old camel trains, this humped horror spits with deadly accuracy. Keeps its distance and pelts ya with gob that'll slow ya right down.

Boxing Roo

Not your average skippy—this one's been training at the local boxing gym. Comes in pairs and if you knock out his mate, he goes absolutely mental.

👑 Bosses

Tougher, scripted fights with their own attacks. HP/XP scale with your level too.

The Big Roo

The absolute king of the outback. This massive marsupial's been pumping iron at the local gym and he's not happy about tourists. Legend says he once knocked out a ute with a single kick.

HP9,750base 6500
XP2,250base 1500

Ground Pound. Slams the ground with massive force, creating a devastating shockwave.

Tail Swipe. Sweeps his powerful tail in a wide arc—don't get caught in the backswing!

Joey Summon. Whistles up a mob of angry joeys. Turns out the whole family's got beef with ya.

The Drop Bear

Tourists think drop bears are a myth. Tourists are wrong. This nightmare koala lurks in the eucalyptus, waiting for the perfect moment to ruin your day. Those "cute" claws? Razor sharp, mate.

HP6,750base 4500
XP150base 100

Drop Attack. Vanishes into the canopy and plummets down on unsuspecting prey. Look up or get wrecked!

Claw Swipe. Lightning-fast slashing attack. Those claws aren't just for climbing trees anymore.

The All-Rounder

A cricket legend who's gone off his rocker. Wields a willow bat like a battle-axe and bowls balls hard enough to put ya in hospital. Howzat, ya bastard!

HP1,125base 750
XP2,250base 1500

Cricket Ball Bowl. Hurls a leather-bound rocket straight at you. Howzat! Once he's rattled (below half health) he loses the plot and sprays them in ALL directions at once — keep moving.

Bat Spin. Spins like a willow redbelly, smacking everything in reach.

The Cane Toad Colossus

The invasive pest to end all pests — a bufo the size of a bus. Decades of breeding unchecked across the north have produced this warty colossus. It gobs toxic poison from range, belly-flops shockwaves that'll knock ya flat, and when cornered it sprays gunk in every direction. Whatever you do, don't lick it.

HP3,300base 2200
XP1,200base 800

Toad Hop. Crouches low and springs across the arena to close the gap — heavy contact damage where it lands.

Toxic Spit. Gobs a glob of poison at you from range — keep moving and it'll sail past.

Belly Flop. Heaves itself up and slams down, blasting out a shockwave ring. Don't be standing next to it.

Toxic Barrage. Below a third health it loses the plot and sprays toxic gob in ALL directions at once. Find a gap.

Base stats are pulled from the game build; scaled values assume normal size and no Challenge-of-the-Week modifiers (those multiply on top — see Challenges). Crocs carry an extra kill-count threat curve in-game.
